Returns & exchanges

Our products are sold through our online store in excellent condition. We will replace a defective product at our expense when you notify us within two days of delivery. The product must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Return approval from customer service by phone is required before sending a product back. Returned or exchanged products must be in excellent condition. Please allow three to five days after receipt for us to process a return or exchange.
